Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

  • Operate various forklifts with precision and care to push, pull, lift, stack, and move items and materials according to safety standards.

  • Frequently perform heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

  • Load and unload materials onto and off of pallets or lifting devices.

  • Conduct pre-operational and regular inspections of forklifts to ensure safe operation and promptly report any needed maintenance.

  • Follow OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety practices in and around the workplace.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Ability to understand and follow safety policy, operating instructions and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks and heavy lifting repeatedly throughout shift.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods when operating equipment.

  • Warehouse experience helpful.

  • Basic math and problem-solving skills to handle practical issues in the work environment.

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and regular random drug tests.

General Laborer

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain various hand- and power tools in a safe and accurate manner.

  • Perform physical lifting, carrying and moving of materials throughout shift.

  • Follow OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety practices in and around the workplace.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Perform general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

  • Labor experience is of benefit but not required.

  • Ability to follow standard safety procedures and maintain a safety mindset.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, stoop, kneel, lift, and use hands and arms as required throughout shift.

  • Must be able to work in varying environments (interior and exterior) including sun, rain, snow, wind, and extreme temperatures and/or humidity levels.

  • Communicate effectively and be willing to learn.

Production Work (Entry-Level)

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical lifting, carrying and moving of materials throughout shift.

  • Perform assigned tasks according to specifications set by the company.

  • Operate equipment in a safe an accurate manner as required or assigned.

  • Identify and document quantities, timestamps, and other data or information as required.

  • Perform basic calculations.

  • Load and unload materials into machines or equipment.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the environment at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

  • Labor experience is a benefit but not required.

  • Ability to follow standard safety procedures and maintain a safety mindset.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and repeatedly use arms and hands for long periods of time throughout shift.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess the skills to work independently.

  • Ability to lift up to 50-pounds repeatedly throughout shift.

  • Must possess basic math skills and be able to read and write in English.

  • Must possess willingness to learn.

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and regular random drug tests.
